"Helpful staff at the front desk (Zuzana if I remember well) very good cocktails and friendly service at the bar..."

"No English, no German, just one Person who can speak a bit Russian. First they say everything is payed, then someone knocks on the door, because it's not."

"We had a great experience with Loft Hotel and Wilson Palace in Bratislava. We stayed in the Wilson section, and our room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was diverse and of good quality. The entire staff was professional and helpful. Recommend the place and would stay here again."

"Beautiful, historical hotel in the old centre, but away from the crowds, so wonderfully quiet. Breakfast had a plentiful selection. Our room was delightful, and more than we were expecting. Uber to and from the train station was very cheap."

"Excellent stay"

The adorable child-sized bathrobe and slippers completely stole our hearts — these small but incredibly...

"Don’t judge a book by its cover. Meaning- the outside of the building and dark entry was off putting. We did have to check in a hotel nearby which was just fine. But be aware. The hallway with the room was spotless and the room nice and clean. Decor could be upgraded but the space was great. There was a closed restaurant below us - in the summer that might be a nuisance"
