"The hotel is very well equipped. The rooms are spacious and feature excellent amenities, including mini refrigerators, a hospitality tray with coffee and tea, modern furnishings, and a large, modern TV—well above the average in Italy, where hotel TVs are often much smaller. The hotel was clean throughout all its areas. The gym is very well equipped, and there is also a games area. The property is used as accommodation for students, which is why it is maintained in excellent condition and includes laundry, drying, and ironing facilities. The hotel is located no more than five minutes from the bus and train stations, making transportation very convenient. What I liked the most—and what is very difficult to find in Italy—is the quality of the service. The staff always had a positive attitude, were helpful, and were genuinely willing to assist in a friendly and professional manner. There are several restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Some of the surrounding streets are a bit dark and dirty, but the hotel itself feels like a building that was brought from somewhere else and placed there—it truly stands out from its surroundings. 100% recommended!"

"This hotel was a perfect choice as we arrived by train, it was close to the station so very convenient, and it was a short ride to the hotel. We stayed 3 nights. It was perfect for our meeting spot for the tours we booked. The room was super nice and very comfortable. The restaurant inside and out was perfect and food was very good. The breakfast was great each morning and the staff very friendly."

"Excellent on all aspects. The flat is in a modernized 17th century building, withing a walking distance to some of Naple's best places. There is no elevator but even though I have issues with my ankle, I didn't find them too bad. And the staff is very helpful. It is a wonderful place and I cannot wait to be back."

"Dirty room, hair on the pillows, shower and bathroom window extremely moldy, the head board for the bed was missing, when opening the door to room with key sounds like being buzzed into a jail cell. Location close to airport. Wouldn’t stay for vacation but for an early 5 am flight sure for the price. But dirty dirty."

"To refer to this as a four star hotel is not just inaccurate but simply deceptive. This is a two star budget hotel. The courtyard is full of trash. The planters are damaged and full of weeds. They will not greet you with even a glass of water. Instead they sweep up a dead cockroach as they make you a paid cup of coffee. The rooms are extremely small and have not been renovated in years- although we did not find bugs in the room. The bathroom is so small it is barely serviceable. The only positives are good quality towels and location to the airport. I would never recommend or stay here again."

"We had a wonderful experience staying at il Divino. Valentina was great at communicating even before our arrival and her assistant was incredibly welcoming and helpful. To enter the property, you must get through a neat small door that is part of the character. While the outside of the building looks a bit run down, the inside is beautiful with a table and chairs, beautiful bathroom and ability to open two large doors right to the outside. You get a ticket for breakfast at a wonderful cafe only a short distance away. It’s so fun to sit outside and the people there are super kind. Right in front of the building is a daily market where we bought excellent fruit and veggies. The location is perfect if you want to be close to the train and bus station. Airport busses also stop nearby so you don’t have to pay for taxis. They even provided nice slippers for our stay. All in all, if you want to experience life in Naples and being able to walk to places, this is a wonderful place!"
