"The place was awesome. Everyone we dealt with was beyond helpful. We had 2 rooms..an ADA room for my mom and a king room next door for us. Bed was beyond comfortable and they left breakfast in your room for you every morning. Ours was couple single serve cereals, 2 pieces of fruit, granola bars or Nutella bars, 2 boxes of juice in fridge and milk for cereal or to drink. Any changes you want to make let them know. They gave mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot in room. Large bath with walk in...

"This is my very favorite place to stay in Big Bear. I will never go anyplace else when visiting there. EVERYTHING about this hidden gem is unique and perfect. You have to experience it for yourself - you will not be disappointed...it's magical and charming."

"WOW - from the minute I first googled this place to the stay, to the incredible breakky & hosts, we were thrilled. It was just as beautiful as I expected - only regret is we didn't stay longer! We will absolutely be back - thank you :)"

"Convenient location, a short walk to the Village, easy and fast check in, plenty of parking and if you’re not parked right next to your room, it is a very short walk to it. The room was cozy and warm. You might think there is no hot water but you just have to be patient as it takes a few minutes to heat up to hot and then it’s terrific. Overall, very much enjoyed this inn."

"the person on the counter very helpful and courteous"
