"Proximity to freeway"

"The Masquerade looks like a forgotten gem that has fallen into disrepair. The carpets in the hallways are stained. Tiles in doorways and by escalators are visibly dirty. Even the carpet in my room was stained, which matched the condition of the bathroom tiling, shower door and room furniture. All that said, the bed was extremely comfortable, so for a single night of my trip it was tolerable (and affordable). Still, I was relieved to check out because it all felt a little gritty."

"Great location and the facilities are great!"

"I had requested late check out and was told 2pm was acceptable. My keys stopped working at 11 am, the normal checkout time, and I was cut off from using wifi at 11am. What's the point of paying extra for a late check out just to be cut off of everything. Cleaning crew attempted to clean my room twice after eleven as well, so it was obviously not communicated that I would be checking out late. When I went down to ask to get my keys fixed, the front desk worker giggled and said "oops" after...

"I told the owner the thermostat didn’t work and he replied you had to push the buttons very hard in my room. He knew about the problem but was too cheap to get it fixed properly."

"We had a beautiful suite Worth every penny Sams town is a wonderful hotel one of the best I Las Vegas we stay there every time we visit Vegas"

"We stayed here many times over the years and we loved it,"
