"The rooms were in the worst shape possible. There was food left over in the drawers,pushed behind the restroom door. The security were rude as if they were not there to help with questions but are efficient to try and kick you out. The hallways smelled sooo bad like if a pipe bursted, the whole weekend we were there no resolution. The river was a beautiful relaxed and family friendly environment, the pool on the other hand was not in the best condition. Lovely hotel from the outside but what's...

"Breakfast was kept fresh and attractive display. The mini waffles and oatmeal were great. Lots of choices and condiments for everything. Eggs, potato’s and sausage also but we did not sample."

"The checkin staff were very friendly. It was nice that this is a smaller hotel compared to the rest on the strip, so it wasn’t crowded. The beach access was close to the room. The grounds were well maintained. The only thing negative I have to say was about the Bumbleberry flats restaurant. It’s supposed to open at 8am and we were waiting in line til 8:15 when someone came out. While waiting in line it appeared staff came in late, so we asked what the hold up was, and she couldn’t say. No one...

"I had no issues with staff but I did not like the experience at this place. It would take us about 10-15 minutes to catch an elevator to our rooms. The elevators alone need to be upgraded. They are super sketch and by sunday, only a few elevators worked. The AC in the hallways does not work. I will not be staying here again."

"The room was bad the sealing from top of the shower was falling off ..the fridge smelled, the cabinets didn't close right..idk they need fix te elevator didn't have casino button on one side the hallways didn't have AC ..the pool was closest staff where rude w bad energy."

"After I move rooms from the third time it was great. Check in was easy and staff was amazing but the first room was not clean properly and sink was clogged. Second room the door would not work, and the third room was amazing clean no issues."

"clean room, nice front desk staff, AC worked really well. One of the nicer budget hotels. Location feels a little sketchy… But honestly, the whole town feels sketchy. I would highly recommend this place if you have a low budget. They have cameras on the property so that made me feel a little safer. Perfect if you’re driving into California because there’s nothing for about two or so hours headed west. so there was additional gratitude for a place to get a good night sleep before my long journey...

"Gas station restrooms are more clean than these rooms. Poop on the walls, sheets not clean. It looked like housekeeping simply made the beds from the last guests. There was food in the beds. Office staff had to let us in and out of the rooms because the systems were down for our stay. Only one towel per room and you have to sign a waiver that if you stain the towels you are charged for them. OK, then use that $$ to purchase new towels for the next guest. As a business you are not out any $$...
