"It was sad to see a once great hotel un such poor condition. There have obviously been lots of delayed renovations..the shower in my room leaked. The table was old and marred. The pool was missing tiles, the showers were clogged, the pool atea was filthy and the pool needed cleaning. The restaurant was slow about an hour and a half to get food when there was no one except the soccer teams they host that obviously kerp the place afloat.
Now, I must say the room was clean but run down, but also spacious. The breakfast was also very good.
So there is good and bad. For the price I rate it average minus."
"A Pousada precisa de cuidados. As fotos do site são melhores do que realmente a pousada é. A portaria, os muros da frente, a jardinagem e os chalés precisam de um tratamento mais harmonioso. Quando deixamos a cidade para descansar numa pousada, queremos conforto nos chalés e conforto visual onde nos hospedamos. Todo o corpo de colaboradores foram extramente atenciosos, o serviço de transfer funcionou super bem e com pontualidade. O café da manhã tb foi bom."
"Ok hotel on waterfront. But service quality is poor and it is not just language. The night reception fellow spoke enough English once we found him to get us to our room but the woman in the morning had no interest in trying to deal with a foreigner. I speak pretty good Spanish which Brazilians can usually make out. Fortunately, there was a Venezuelan maid who could translate. The hotel receptionist told us Uber did not work there and she had no number to call for a taxi. Fortunately, the Venezuelan let us know that a block away there were often taxis. Both dinner and lunch were horribly slow with staff that did not seem to have any interest in getting meals to the table and the food was mediocre to be kind. Having said this - I don't know whether there are any better solutions if you want to stay near the airport as we did. "
