"The rooms as always were spotless and very comfortable to stay in. The heated bathroom floor and sap are always a plus. I returned after staying here last year. My wife died after our 2024 stay. Coincidentally I was out into the same room as last time. This was a good coincidence! Desk staff and cleaning staff were exemplary. I look forward to returning again!"

"I was pleasantly surprised overall about my stay at the kiwi hotel. I had room #1 which was conveniently next to the shower. The room was neat, clean, and the bed comfortable. Minimal noise out the window at night. Staff was so welcoming and accommodating, making me a cup of coffee and ushering me into the living room to rest. Price is incredible and a short walk from the intercity bus stop. Close to Polynesian Spa and the main downtown area. Next to a delicious Korean fried chicken...
