It is very secure and I had the best rest after a long day of traveling and exploring. I can tell a lot of thought and effort went into the details to create a nice guest experience. "Location is great - near UB, river walk and main mall. Check in was easy. There is good wifi connectivity. Our room was big and clean, the décor is a bit dated but in a vintage type of way and really clean. And we had fully open able windows that kept the noise out. The bed was super comfortable. Bath and shower and great lighting in it. Parking was easy Points for improvement Staff could have made an effort to help us with our heavy bags. The shower pressure was not great."

"Check in took a while, could not find my reservation. Room was new and recently completed so aircon was not working and no remote for tv. Breakfast was dissapointing. Good shower, hot shower, good size bedroom, comfortable bed."
