"The hotel was wonderful and the staff very helpful. The only thing that through us a curve was our stay coincided with a concert at the convention center which in turn filled the parking garage making it inconvenient to park. Otherwise it was a wonderful place to stay and I would still do it again ."

"The room was great, comfy bed & pillows. The people at the front counter were very nice. Great coffee shop attached to the hotel. We didn’t do the valet parking because of the amount but there’s 2 (possibly more) parking garages nearby that was super convenient! We will definitely be staying there again next time we are in Portland."

I specifically chose this location for its close proximity to the nearby medical clinics which were the primary reason for my visit to Portland."

"I loved my stay in Portland, the hotel is very centrally located to everything downtown and I was able to walk to everywhere quickly. They have people that open the doors for you and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant in the hotel had a small menu but what they had was delicious. I would definitely stay here on a return visit to Portland again!"

"Great location for a one night theatre get away and book shopping at Powell's. Staff were very helpful and check in was a breeze (and we were early!!). My reservation indicated free valet parking and when I was accidentally charged, they refunded me right away. Room was clean and quiet and very comfortable. My only quibble was with the plumbing. The shower diverter suddenly reversed itself during my shower and the sink tap suddenly shut off on its own. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"I was napping in the afternoon and a maintenance person knocked on the door. I yelled that I was coming and he opened the locked door before I got there. He said he had a report for a request to open a locked safe. I told him there was no request from me. I was not using the safe and it looked open to me. There was no apology for the intrusion. "

"Location was ok… couldn’t park directly in front which didn’t bother me until I looked outside my window and saw a couple people snooping around cars. Not the hotels fault albeit they have plenty cameras and the staff appeared to be keeping an eye on them. Besides that it was a good experience, price point 10/10 clean rooms 10/10 staff friendly 10/10!!!"
