"Nice comfortable stay. The rooms were on the slightly smaller side but still clean and tidy. Nice hotel lobby with TV’s for communal use which creates a nice atmosphere. Staff at front desk not very friendly when approached and weren't even greeted with a smile. They won’t hold baggage either if you arrive before check in. There is a room for paid lockers but if they are full they wernt accommodating to keep them leaving us walking around the city with our suitcases till check in."

"The hotel building itself is beautiful, but our room was poorly equipped and in bad repair. Most of the electrical outlets didn’t work, the hairdryer was broken, the bedside light was out and we weren’t provided with toiletries.
There is no AC. We attempted to sleep with the windows open, but loud streets below, heat and light streaming in through thin curtains kept us awake.
