"Check-in was quick and easy, and I was immediately welcomed with warm smiles from the entire staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly. There was one staff member in particular—though I didn’t catch her name—who truly stood out. She multitasked effortlessly, moving from one guest to another with grace, professionalism, and class, all while maintaining a genuine smile and making each person feel acknowledged. The rooms are very spacious, and the bathroom was exceptionally clean and bright—honestly, it either seemed newly renovated or maintained to a very high standard. Whatever cleaning products they use, they’re doing something right. The hotel was quiet both during the day and at night, which made for a very relaxing stay. Breakfast was always fresh, and there was little to no wait time. I also appreciated the availability of allergy-related items for purchase, a practical and thoughtful provision. Late one evening, I needed to find Benadryl, and a gentleman on staff went out of his way to assist. He paused what he was doing to point me in the right direction and ensure I was taken care of—an uncommon courtesy, and one not easily overlooked. I would absolutely stay here again if the opportunity comes up, and I highly recommend this hotel whether you’re visiting for business or leisure."
