Please keep in mind that there is no lift, and accessing rooms requires taking 2 sets of stairs. Andrea was helpful with our luggage when we arrived, but he was not there when we departed so we had to take luggage down ourselves. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating! We arrived early and they graciously got us settled into our rooms so that we could relax before heading out. The hotel is a hidden gem, super convenient to the tourist area with plenty of restaurants and shopping, but calm and peaceful once you're inside. Would definitely stay here again!"
