"The staff at this property were amazing, super friendly at check in. They definitely take customer service seriously. At the morning breakfast the staff were great as well, the staff definitely made the stay a great experience."

"Tutto molto buono."

"Breakfast was the same everyday. The first night we arrived we asked front desk for recommendations on a restaurant for dinner and they told us they have dinner menu at the hotel. We had dinner and we were very disappointed with our food. They had a set menu. They had a buffet station with salads and fruit. You were able to choose one of 2 pastas and one of 2 entrees. Me and my husband had a combination of the food so we can try the different foods. Both pastas were barely room temperature ...

"Great service Natale was awesome"

"The property is an old nunnery and the rooms are compact and the doors are loud when people leave in the morning. The beds and pillows are super hard. At least the rooms are air conditioned. It is 2 miles away from the historic, old city that is worth driving to and walking around. This area of the hotel is not worth exploring by foot. "Fabulous property. Exceptional staff. Great breakfast. Excellent value."

"Beautiful hotel with great amenities and staff."

Of note: the supermarket is 1 km away and there are few amenities nearby. There is a bus along the coast and then to the train at Licola (destination Naples). The bus goes roughly once an hour but the timetable is erratic and adherence to it is too. Even better if: the beds and...

"Beautiful Hotel. Location was great. Walking distance from the palace and across from a lovely park. Only thing missing was an iron or steamer from the room."

"The hotel was marvellous Breakfast was great and should meet everyone’s needs The only criticism was the state of the outdoor parking. The metalwork was all rusted and the sun screen roofing material was 90% gone I should add they do have indoor parking at an extra 5 euro. 20 instead of 15 However the outdoor parking had prime place in front of the hotel and it completely detracts from the hotel"
