"Great hotel with parking space."

"Había pedido habitación para 3 personas pero me dijeron que no tenían. Tuve que reservar otra adicional y pagándola, pero la original si contaba con sofá cama para la tercera persona. Así que fue un gasto extra innecesario. Pero lo peor es que la habitación individual la cama estaba muy mala y no tenía aire acondicionado el cual nunca comentaron. Pasé pésima la noche. Hice el comentario al día siguiente pero de nada sirvió. Para colmo, el desayuno, el huevo tenia pequeños pedazos de plato...

"Saubere Zimmer und gutes Frühstück, schnell mit dem Bus in der Innenstadt gefahren. Nicht gut gefallen hat uns das jeden Abend eine Lärmbelästigung und unnötiges Hin- und Herfahren durch Auto-Poser stattgefunden hat."

"Breakfast was superb. Property exceptionally clean but communication from staff poor. We were not told about the local travel cards until we read about these locally. The lounge area is completely locked up before 9pm so there are no communal areas after then. Not sure if any staff remain in the premises overnight?"
