"The staff were very friendly and helpful. They arranged our taxi in the morning and it all went smoothly. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and our room was on the small side, but very comfortable. "The place is what you pay for I guess. You'd think £60 would go farther in Tanzania but apparently not, Arusha is expensive. Basically, rooms are like prison cells, bathrooms terrible, and it took a few tries to find a room with working aircon. Staff were friendly enough if a little inefficient. What is with having to ask for toilet paper all the time - just have some in the room, its a basic necessity!!!"
