"This hotel is a practical ski hotel on the slopes. Generally, it is fine, it has a good spa and the staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the food was catastrophically bad. In addition to this we had a very surreal experience when there was veal on the menu and we were instead served turkey. Staff argued at length that it was veal. I have never had such an experience in my life before. The senior staff went to great lengths to make up for it but the food was really terrible every day....

Plus party ends at reasonable hour, very thoughtful of guests who are tired after skiing. "A pleasant family hotel in a good location in the town, but the rooms are in dire need of an update. We had a decent size triple room with view over the parking and entrance. Beds were comfortable enough, but there was carpet in the bathroom (like from the 90s) and no shower curtain to keep the water contained. We did not have the hotel breakfast but chose to eat at a café by the slopes. Positives: The women at the front desk was very nice, parking is included, lots of restaurants within walking...
