"We arrived late after a long travel day, hoping to just get a warm shower and rest — unfortunately, this hotel made that impossible. The check-in staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming, which already set a bad tone.

"Located close to the main city square, wonderful restaurants main museums, including the new (2019) Chinggis Kahn National Museum, which is definitely a must see. The room was nice and the staff professional and courteous. "
