"My experience at this property did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend staying here. The property did not appear to match what was advertised or shown in the photos. The room and overall conditions were not what I expected. There were bugs present, the bed was uncomfortable, and the air conditioning was not functioning properly. "Royal St Kitts Hotel is a great place to stay when visiting St Kitts. This place has very friendly and helpful staff. If you need anything, they are right on top of helping you and your family. We had a one bedroom with sleeper couch that was very clean with a full equipment kitchen. Their restaurant food was excellent and so was the entertainment on Friday night. There was a grocery store, bakery, and Hard Rock Cafe right in front of hotel. Several other restaurants are also within walking...

There was no one available for common questions and the gate was closed by 5pm. This was a manual gate which is fine but the lightening was bad on the exterior of the property making it difficult to see when returning after dark.
