"Customer service was a little lacking in the mornings over the weekend. Asked for waters on the morning of the second day and they stated I needed to buy them and it was only free when checking in. Asked for a noon checkout on Sunday and was told they dont offer late checkouts anymore. Amentities within the room are basic. Small/rough towels and single ply toilet paper. Underwelming considering the price. Room was clean and quiet, so if you aren't looking for much more than that youre good...

"This hotel was beyond amazing! Front desk staffers Michelle and Arman were the nicest and most helpful hotel staff I have ever met! They were polite, helpful, and always smiling! They were super nice to my little guy who is a definite handful! The rooms were great and we had a Deluxe Queen and the extra space in the room was amazing!! Would definitely stay here again if in the area! Tell Michelle and Arman we said amazing job!"

"We waited in line for about 30 minutes to check in. A front desk employee was running back and forth from this property and the Residence inn next door to check in guests at both places. We left for dinner and when we returned I found out our toilet was stuffed up and overflowing. I talked to the front desk employee and she mentioned there was nothing she could do. She couldn’t move me to another room because they were sold out and maintenance wasn’t available. My family and I had to go...

"Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing due to the condition of the room and furnishings. We booked a room with a queen bed and a pull-out couch, but the pull-out bed was unusable. The hinges did not function properly, the support springs underneath the mattress were missing and appeared to have been modified as a temporary repair, and the support legs would not work correctly. The dining room table was also in poor condition, with a modified leg that did not adequately support the tabletop....

"This hotel has the worst front desk staff and the worst management. It was 82 degrees in our room and I informed the staff that air conditioner wasn’t working. She had to call the manager to sent a maintenance guy, which is fine. The guy came, took about 20 minutes to try to fix it and it was unsuccessful. He left my room saying he was going to the front desk to see if they could move us. Nothing happened. I went to front desk and asked if they were working on it. Megan, front desk, looked at me...
