The stay was great! The only concerns, the day of checkout, went to breakfast and return to room and we were already locked out. Had to get someone to let us in. This happened before noon check out. A couple of the face towels were beyond dingy. Other than that, would stay again.

The property was well maintained, and my room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, and the overall experience was positive. My only complaint was that the air conditioning unit was quite loud, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying there again.

Hotel was undergoing some renovations. Rooms seemed recently udated. Standard King Room was very nice- especially the bathroom. Very large shower with glass doors was a nice update. Very clean. The staff at check in were not very friendly. They were not rude or disresepectful, just very flat. We booked 6 rooms for a group and did not receive a thank you at check in or check out. Probably the only time in 50+ hotel stays in my lifetime when I could say that.

The check-in was quite an ordeal. I had 8 rooms booked in guests name. Yeo ladies were very helpful but one man had such an attitude i had to walk off. Just to simplify it…. The staff does not know how to run the system making check-in extremely difficult

The hotel was great. Seems like a new property. I really had no complaints ab this hotel. There’s new hotels coming up in this area. There is a sketchy hotel close by but it was on the opposite side of the parking lot so it didn’t bother us much but that was our view from our hotel room. We didn’t have breakfast. Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean and quiet. I’d stay here again.

Hotel first floor was a mess due to construction. The parking lot was also under construction and a lot of bare dirt. There was no coffee maker in my room. I went to the front desk many times because they would never answer the phone, but I never saw anyone at the front desk. I complained online about the coffee maker after my first night but it was never resolved. I had the tray with coffee, creamer, sugar, cups, etc. Just no machine. The cleaning staff also left me with only 3 pillows instead of 4 after cleaning my room the first time.

I was unable to stay at Hampton Inn and Suites. Expedia sold me a room at a fully booked hotel. All they wanted to tell me was it happens sometimes. I’ll never book with Expedia again.
