"I stayed there for three nights. I checked in on the evening of April 3rd, and before going to bed, I noticed there were no blackout curtains. On April 4th, I called the front desk in the morning and again during the day, but no one came to check on the issue and I received no response. I felt it would be too much trouble to change rooms, so I put up with the lack of blackout curtains for all three nights. The overall experience was very poor, and the service was extremely disappointing."

"Encounters with staff were efficient and enjoyable. The location is perfect for access to the gondola and the pedestrian village. The dishwasher in the room was as in horrible condition, several functions were inoperable and it was incredibly noisy. We had a ground floor room and it had an ant problem even though it was winter. The hotel no longer provides a roll of paper towels and there was no can opener. Given that it is a full kitchen unit, more baking and serving dishes, like bowls and platters, are required. We had to bring too many things from home. "

"Close to slopes. This hotel did not have a hot tub available in the Winter. Kind of a drag, as all the other ones did. Its a little confusing on the parking, and the hotel is not really near the front desk. The person at the desk wasnt very helpful. But Tremblant pedestrian village is amazing."

"Very clean room - extremely spacious and well maintained. The only feedback would be that the mattress was not hyper comfortable. Otherwise - everything was perfect. "

"Entrance to hotel was hard to find. Stains on the carpet in our room weren’t nice to looo at. Hot tub jets didn’t work. Power went out for hours and not one person followed up with us. The ladies at the front desk were very nice!! And the breakfast in the morning was a bonus. "
