"There is a very long online check in process where they request all your documents to be scanned and uploaded, including a selfie. This is supposed to be used for facial recognition to access the building and common areas such as the pool and gym. However the selfies never worked and we only got in the building because the doormen would check our names and open the door every time. We were never able to access the amenities. "A functional hotel next to a shopping mall. Check was slow and the WiFi was very poor every where which was disappointing. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room had great air con and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and we had a delicious meal in the restaurant. "
