"I cannot say enough about this BNB. From the minute you drive onto the property, it is meticulously maintained, the gardens the fountain flowers! In the room was blissfully perfect! Amenities furnishings, bedding, so comfortable! (we were in room number 6/hidden lake. The back porch looks out into a meadow and was a beautiful spot for relaxing with a glass of wine after hiking all day Bill, the owner was readily available with any questions or anything we needed throughout the day. "I had a wonderful time in the gorgeous Lodge at Trout Creek! My hosts made me feel so at-home, yet I also felt like I was somewhere special and excellent. I felt that I was in a very relaxing, pleasant place that offered me excellent rest and peak comfort. For anyone who will be in the area, I absolutely recommend staying here. I was only in Trout Creek for 2 nights, but staying here lent so much to my short time in the area!"

"Be aware that this property is out in the middle of nowhere. And there is a very long bumpy road to get to it. Also the bathroom is not attached to the bedroom. You are the only ones using it downstairs but it is down the hall. Oh and there is no air conditioning. That was pretty uncomfortable on an 85 degree humid day."

"We loved our stay here. It started to feel like home & we hated to leave. The owner (Marjarite) had the sweetest pets & we fell in love with them. The kitchen has breakfast foods such as bagels, English muffins, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, fruits, huckleberry bread & jam:) She also has snacks like granola bars, cheese & nuts. She provides things like bear spray, insect repellent & hiking sticks. The property is perfect with lots of beautiful flowers. Our bed was so comfy and had the best pillows....
