Front desk English skills were a bit limited, but the entire staff was exceptionally friendly, even in the midst of hosting a large Spain cultural event. Rooms in excellent shape. AC worked, even in a super heat wave, but we couldn’t figure out why they kept automatically turning off at midnight. Charming, walkable small town, with lots of live music. Awesome.

Extreme dissapointment

Made the reservation for my wife as she was driving across France and wasn't sure when she would need to sleep. I wasn't able to confirm any details by calling the property because of a language barrier but that didn't bother me because my wife is French and speaks natively. The demeanor of the lady checking my wife in was beyond a Parisian cold. Given what my wife has explained she was just rude. And my wife is someone who never likes to complain about customer service. The coup de gras was her being asked to pay the next morning after I had already paid. My wife thought I had paid on the website but she is not confrontational. Overall, there is another hotel chain in France that shares the name of a bird. I would highly recommend you go there. For the same price you will receive the same accomodations but with kinder service. But I must admit there was a lady the next day that we spoke to, Julie, who was very kind. Yet, I will never reserve another room there. In case the staff would like to reply and say this has to do with the restaurant being closed on Sunday, it does not. While we were surprised that it was closed we were prepared and I found my wife a place close by she could stop for a takeaway salad before she arrived at the hotel. Yet I do wonder how your guests eat on a Sunday. If it is as ridiculous as your scoff implied then all restaurants must be closed on Sunday and of course they aren't. Train your people to have some manners. Teach them, no customers, no job

Hotel joliment rénové. Un grand parking gratuit sécurisé. Un bon accueil. Chambre avec literie confortable grande télé, radio, belle salle de bain. Nespresso et 2 bouteilles d'eau. Un frigo mais non branché. Chambres sur l'arriere, au calme. Le resto est bon mais le soir il n'y a que la carte, pas de menu. Les plats sont très chers, trop pour Montceau. Une salade César à plus de 22€, même dans les brasseries Bocuse où celle-ci est exceptionnelle et copieuse elle est à 19€. Les desserts sont quand à eux à un tarif acceptable sauf les glaces.

Jolie hotel, belle ambiance C'est propre Matelas trop mou pour moi, les plaques odorantes sous le matelas ne sont pas rassurantes sur l'etat sanitaire du matelas. Restaurant excellent qualité et quantité j'ai adoré.

Magnifique

Magnifique établissement, décoré avec goût. J’ai apprécié la climatisation mise a mon arrivee et les 2 bouteilles d’eau dans le frigo. La machine a café, le confort du lit et la propreté de la salle de bain. Le repas étais tres bon et vous avez du choix. Petit déjeuner très complet et frais. Un vrai bonheur cet hôtels

Parfait sauf que je suis tombé le mauvais jour car a mon arrivée le camion de débouchage était en action d ou une odeur d égout dans tout l hôtel. Le reste était parfait super petit dej et un personnel accueillant.
