"Fantastic staff. Location hard to get to (centro storico, ZTL) but the staff helped guide us to the public parking located outside the ztl -- it required dragging our suitcases over cobble stones through the market, but we survived. Once we were settled, we really enjoyed the hotel with a super helpful and courteous staff."

"The staff were incredibly hospitable and friendly, more so than most! We had a member of our group with a disability and they were very accomodating of her in terms of room placement, bed separation etc. They also arranged a taxi for us to the train station on our final day and provided recommendations for where to eat nearby. Plus, a check out time of 12pm is a real luxury! The rooftop food and bar upstairs were fantastic quality too, we had top quality sushi and cocktails there. And we really enjoyed our breakfast up there each morning. I would highly recommend Hotel Plaza Opera given all of the above - plus it is in a very central and convenient area!"

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the heart of Palermo. The room and accommodation was excellent and the staff were superb. We enjoyed a great breakfast on our balcony each morning overlooking the Quattro Canti. There was noise and music until the early hours but it was happy and joyful. People having fun and singing and dancing - live music through the day - opera, singers, violin etc were a true bonus."

"The view from the room directly overlooked the Teatro Al Massimo. The sunsets were amazing and the room could not have been cleaner. Gianni waited over an hour for us to accommodate our early check-in. Snacks and coffee were stored in the kitchen for our use and the room was quiet— two floors above ground floor. Elevator works which in other properties may or may not be the case. “A”."
