"The beach and swimming area was great. Some suggestions I would make: live music, spa service, laundry service, get rid of the automatic 18% gratuity, staff would be more diligent about their service, inform that you will be bombarded by cruise ship passengers on the beach, put in freshwater showers to rinse off after you get out of the ocean, provide fresh ice water in a large container so guest can refill their cups rather than charging $3.00 a bottle, update the menu (steak was on it but they did not have it), get rid or the roosters, chickens, and cats (I was awakened every morning between 3:00 & 5:00 am."

"If my review was solely on the view and the staff it would be a perfect review However the rooms and property need maintenance the sliding glass doors need roller replacement little hot water The pool was great and we were treated to a barbecue The on-site restaurant has excellent food and dining choices we had dinner there enjoyed the seafood soup the shrimp tarts and jerk chicken pasta Also included in stay was breakfast which was very hearty eggs potato’s and bacon However no where to get coffee before 8 am and no coffee in room and restaurant hours not posted Also shows on Expedia short walk to the castle etc it is not walkable anywhere You need to take taxis But the views were amazing"

"First of all this is not a 24/7 hands on place at all. The front desk only works from 8am to 10 pm. So if you have anything that you need you won't get it. If the pipe burst, need towels, light bulb you won't be able to get anything ontil that time. So emergency around that time isn't available. Outside my room iheard a loud bang. It was glass that was broken by whom I don't know I was too scared to go and find out. That happened the 2nd night. They need to make that gate higher anyone can jump over that gate or find a way over. It'slike soon you go up those stairs the room is right there. At times the gatewould be open. This place can be a whole lot better. I am shocked at Expedia for recommending this place at all. The staff was helpful in the day when they are around. I have never come across a place like that before. First and Last Time!!!!"

"The staff was amazing but the water went out and we didn’t have water to shower. other people the were staying at the hotel were in the lobby complaining because the water was out and we couldn’t shower. The pics didn’t look like the actual place and to go to are room we have to go on the other side of the hotel and take stairs with are luggage. I wouldn’t stay in this property again."
