"We chose this hotel because of its convenient location near the airport, expecting a stress-free stay before an early flight. Unfortunately, it ended up being the exact opposite.
The water stopped running in the middle of my shower, forcing me to use bottled water just to rinse off and finish getting ready. Another person in our room wasn’t able to shower at all.
