What a fabulous place! We were looking for an authentic Italian b&b and definitely found one. Although we had an early start, so left before breakfast.

Terrible

I will start by re-iterating what another reviewer said "the photos do not represent this place accurately at all". I call this camera trickery. How many times have you looked at photos and the place looks beautiful and immaculate and you get there and are thinking "did I book the wrong place? Is this the same place?" Well this is it. I don't know if we just got the worst room or what. Air conditioning barely works. Not enough to cool the room. Definitely not clean. The counter had black speckles of something on it. Very dirty around the sink. Floors do not appear very clean at all. Lots of mold on outside of shower. The place needs a serious overhaul and bleach down. The dishes were not clean. I had to wash everything before using. It's an old farmhouse so I guess, what would you expect. The floors are not flat, one of the single beds was on an angle on the floor. The only decent thing was the pool and the plastic lining is bubbling on the steps. The entire pool smells like plastic lining. The location is beautiful. The property is also a horse farm which is nice if that's your thing, however there are also many flies because of this. You can't relax by the pool because flies keep landing on you. Very annoying. I would not recommend nor ever go there again. We booked a 2 night stay and didn't stay for the second.

Un ottima base d'appoggio sui colli bolognesi, la camera pulita, ci ha accolto una signora gentilissima che ci ha fatto vedere la sistemazione e consegnato le chiavi, scomodo il bagno disabili, soprattutto con una bambina piccola, avrei preferito sanitari standard

MOLTO BELLO

Posto incantevole, camera che in verita' è un mini appartamento ben dotato, wifi funzionante. Suggerirei un accesso piu' agevole alla Reception (telefonando, nella Reception vuota, al numero, il tel suonava a vuoto, comunque mi hanno aiutato subito dei collaboratori, una gentilissima signora), e visto che non viene fatta la colazione al mattino ma la camera è fornita di bollitore e macchina caffe', di mettere due biscotti secchi, confezionati. Io li ho portati da casa, ma insomma, in giro per lavoro a 60 anni, mi sembrava di essere in gita scolastica, detto con affetto. Niente di grave comunque, sicuramente tornero'. E magari spero di fare una degustazione di vini visto che è anche azienda vitivinicola.

bella struttura immersa nel verde. potenzialmente incredibile, è forse poco valorizzata da un servizio un po' troppo "casalingo". piscina poco pulita nonostante l'altissima stagione e check-out fatto con il primo tizio che passava dalla reception dopo aver aspettato 15 minuti...

We were placed 300metres away from the main house in a first floor apartment with two windows and no outside space like a balcony or seating space with a view. The main house and pool were only accessible via car and although 300metres may not have been a problem if we in the main compound , on foot through countryside accessed by an unpaved road felt inappropriate . Also we are seasoned travellers who are used to the beautiful italian countryside being rugged, this place does not reflect the photographs posted online. The owners also got very defensive when we addressed this via email so we don't want to start up a dialogue with them. We had no contact with any of the staff , just Victoria at check in who was very pleasant. The apartment is really meant for a couple not a family who would like to have had a view.
