"This is a small boutique hotel in the heart of Cagliari. The rooms are spacious, clean, with very comfortable beds. Hotel personnel are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It was a great place to stay. "

Not a word of apology from the host, again, might be language barrier, but does not show them in the best light.
