It took the neighbors to contact them for them to call us and tell us that our side lost power in the morning yet they didn’t want to message us and let us know before hand and wasted our time. "The staff, especially Winzell were super helpful. She helped my & my kids with my room and switching my room when I needed an upgrade. She helped me get checked in early too.
