The property is in a very convenient location. Close to shopping plaza, other resorts and beaches. It's a great property for families looking for more space than a hotel room. The property is clean and safe. Host is also very responsive.

Mo Bay done right

It was great the staff was very helpful and attentive to my needs. The location was great. Restaurants close by and just a few blocks away from the beach. The owner was really nice and helpful with things to do close by

We had a marvelous time in Montego Bay. The staff at Nianna Coral Bay was wonderful. We had groceries delivered, many rides and round trip airport pickup. The bed was comfortable. Our only complaint would be no air conditioning in the main (lower) part of the condo. It made it difficult to be comfortable after a day on the beach, etc. Everything else was excellent.

Property managers were very nice an accommodating. Only complaint would be that waiting 4 days for fresh towels isn't ideal for a family of 5 with small children. I think 3 days is good. My family took advantage of the chef services (EXCELLENT), everything was smooth. Groceries were prestocked and the chef was prompt. Only thing that would have made that experience better was if I new how much of the contents the chef was going to need because we purchased additional food but we had a ton left when we checked out because the chef didn't use everything that they prestocked. The pool equipment could use some updating my daughter almost fell through one of the chairs but having the pool as an option was great for my son he loves the water. Overall I am satisfied with our stay. Would stay again in the future.

Overall not too bad. The townhome is situated in a great safe area only minutes away from the airport and about five minutes from the beach and about 200ft from the local police department. The exterior of the home is gorgeous! My favorite is the onsite swimming pool which is above level, I really enjoyed that. The interior however could use some renovations namely the entire interior needs to be painted and the kitchen needs a complete makeover. If this place had the necessary renovations and a dash of more updated contemporary design furniture it would be 10 stars! Because.. the structure of the place is fabulous and spacious. The host is a really sweet lady who checks on you regularly and the grounds keeper was from attentive. Id love to visit again once the upgrades are made. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

The linen policy was not accommodating such as change of sheets. However the staff were very accommodating and professional. Great location and peaceful. The facilities are excellent. My stay was very enjoyable.
