"My bedroom was very clean. The furniture was well kept the floors were clean. The bathrooms had beautiful tile floors and shower, and were very clean. The pool area was a nice touch and it stays open 24 hours. The restaurant served a variety of dishes and cocktails. For dinner, I had the curried goat and it was delicious! Breakfast was included. The hotel shuttle can take you to the beach and airport at designated times. I can’t say enough about the staff. Everyone was so welcoming, accommodating and very professional."

"The food was great always ready for the gas clean tasty variety of Jamaican style as well as American style. Lots of flavors. Hotel is super convenient for the beach with free access beautiful pristine water lots of little shopping areas many different restaurants lots of friendly locals. Make sure you take sunscreen cause it’s hot and sunny and gorgeous. I really enjoyed our stay at déjà resort"

"Let me share my thoughts on this resort by outlining its pros and cons. First, the food was amazing and plentiful. All the restaurants were worth checking out, and the hibachi had a delicious Jamaican twist that I thoroughly enjoyed. The beach was acceptable, though it was a bit rocky with seaweed; however, it was mostly clean. The pool, on the other hand, was very clean and spacious, providing a great place to relax. My room was decent and tidy, but I did have an uncomfortable encounter with a maid. I walked into my room and found her using my bathroom, and she attempted to deny it. It was confusing when she closed the door on me while I was trying to enter, forcing me to wait several minutes. I even noticed an unpleasant smell, as if she had been using the bathroom. When I brought it up, she had an attitude, suggesting that there were restrooms outside she could use instead. Another downside was the bartender by the beach, who seemed to cater more to fair-skinned guests rather than people of color. This was frustrating, especially since I enjoy tipping when I receive good service. On a positive note, the shows were fantastic and kept both adults and kids entertained. The staff members performing by the pool were friendly and very engaging. Overall, I would love to return to this resort, but I hope the management addresses some of these issues with their staff. This resort has incredible potential; let's not let a few bad experiences overshadow the rest."

"We had the superior room suite which has exceptional views of the ocean. We highly recommend that. The hotel is right on the hip strip which allows you walk to doctor’s caves, incredible food spots and other great places. The pool is amazing and has great view as well. We loved the Jamaican breakfast in the morning and the exceptional service provided. The staff was accommodating to our needs and the space was very clean and safe."
