I really enjoyed the self check in process and how everything was keyless, at first it can be a little confusing but after typing the code in once or twice it’s pretty much seamless. Ideal location, near everything such as clubs, restaurants, parks, and everything you need to experience the beautiful city of Monterrey. I also enjoyed how pretty much there’s no receptionist but if needed the host is a message away and very prompt about responding when needing something. What I also enjoyed about that is- if you wanted someone over after a night out, there’s no one all in your business about who you’re bringing in. Although you’re in a very noisy street the walls are thick enough where you can barely hear a thing. AC worked, WiFi worked, TV worked, very clean and provided everything you needed such as towels, shampoo, toilet paper. I’m definitely visiting this city again and staying here again when it’s not so HOT, to actually enjoy touring some spots. Make sure to come during cool season if not come prepared with shorts, a hat, and tank tops because it does get extremely hot here throughout the day. Overall a 10/10 experience at this hotel and you can’t beat the price! Thank you!

I arrived to construction above on the terrace which continued till 9:00 pm so I went out and ate at one of the quaint little restaurants on the pretty street, the room was small but overall very agreeable. I thought I found a gem till I returned to go to sleep as I had a 3:45 AM pick up for a 6;00 AM flight only to discover the absolute constant loud pounding and singing from the discotheque next to the property not seen from the street nor mentioned by the host. As God is my witness no sleep I repeat no sleep the absolute loudest most obnoxious sound an absolute travesty that it was not mentioned and that the property would be listed at all on the nights the bands where playing. I can't stress enough how loud the walls rattled, no exaggeration. I would have loved it as a repeat stay but would not stay there again for free it was a total loss. Great property if you want to party rill 3:45 AM then sleep till check out. The music was still thumping when my can arrived at 3:45 .

Estuvimos una noche, tuvimos la mala fortuna de que se fuera la luz, sí bien diciendo que es un problema externo a ellos, considero que deberían tener una planta de luz para estos casos, no descansamos nada por el calor que se sentía en la habitación.
