I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was very clean and comfortable, and everything was well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times, which made the experience even better. The room was spotless and spacious. The breakfast buffet was very nice. The desk was very attentive—we needed a walk-in shower and our first room didn’t have one. They moved us within minutes. Great location—walking distance to the Macroplaza and museums. It’s an old, elegant hotel in the center of the Barrio Antiguo. I’ll happily go back.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff was great, our housekeeper Maria was friendly and professional. The gymnasium equipment needs to be fixed but the sauna was excellent.
