"We have stayed here several times. It was my favorite place to stay. However, it’s been some time now that when we stay the rooms and floors have a really bad smell. I had two rooms next to each other, one of them smelled horribly like dead fish. They were very helpful and moved us rooms. The AC in the room they moved us too didn’t work properly.
This is not the first time it happens.
Other than that The staff is very nice and security is great."

"Muy bonito Hotel, perfecto ubicación en parque fundidora, me salí a correr varias veces después de usar el gimnasio, aunque el gimnasio puede mejorar porque sólo tiene mancuernas y me hubiera gustado más aparatos para entrenar más completo, pero en general está muy bonito el hotel muy bien ubicado y los cuartos amplios y nuevos"

"La peor experiencia en todo los años que he visitado Monterrey! El hotel o por lo menos la habitación que me dieron es un asco total! Desde que abrí la puerta se sentía un olor de humedad muy fuerte. El baño fue la peor parte de mi estancia y por eso hago este comentario, al momento de tomar mi baño el agua se quedaba estancada en la coladera y no bajaba. Se reportó de inmediato y la persona de mantenimiento subió con con un desarmador y un destapa año (solo abrió la coladera y dijo que estaba...
