"We stayed in a family room by the pool. It was awesome. Great property. Lovely staff. Comfy beds. Delicious breakfast. Pool was warm. Hot tub could be hotter. Wish there was a microwave in the room. Pool was very nice, and while the resort does overall seems family friendly, the pool is overall somewhat small and includes a swim up bar...so kids jumping, thrashing, splashing around isn't necessarily compatible. I did feel like I had to police my kids quite a bit to prevent them splashing people...

"This place is so welcoming, comfortable, and accommodating. I had the best vacation I’ve had in a decade. Ulysses was amazing and helping me find things to do and relax with my pet. I will definitely be back. This is my go to place in Monteverde! I live in Costa Rica and highly recommend"

"Socialtel is on top of the mountain, great lodge when visiting Monteverde. We loved the cozy rooms, corridors, hot tub, bar in the premises with live music, especially great gourmet breakfast, lovely little garden in the resort. "
