"The room 805 was the dirtiest Embassy Suites room I’ve ever stayed in. Honestly it should have been closed down. The beds didn’t have skirts on them so the mattress fully exposed. "I called ahead specifically to ask if they had a hot tub (not just a jetted tub) and was told yes. When we arrived, it turned out to be a single-seat jetted bathtub, not an actual hot tub. It also had an unpleasant smell. We chose not to stay and walked out, but were still charged for the full night. Very disappointing experience and not what was represented over the phone. I would not recommend."
