"The Internet in my room was very unstable. The Internet connection to my I-phone was very erratic, it was randomly disconnecting for no apparent reason. "

My room was very spacious and also had access to the roof top terrace. the hotel needs just a bit of minor maintenance to be very good. Staff was always available and provided excellent service. another great feature is the car park in the backyard."

"This place is made great by the smiling, warm staff! Absolutely everyone was gracious and went out of their way to be welcoming, helpul and kind - truly! A particular shout out to the friendly wait staff at the restaurants, the fabulous (stop you in the hallway to ask if you need more towels) housekeepers and the always helpful and interested front desk. Place is pretty spotless and I loved the palm-like trees --feels like a tropical resort Italian style. Thank you to everyone at the Abano Grand Hotel!"

"The Management has an outstanding costumer service because he goes far and behind to ensure safety of his customers. I would recommend anyone to experience the beauty of small town Schio. The public transportation to big cities is available by train. The quiet town has many coffee shops with fine coffee, hot chocolate and pastries. The pizza and food is tasty. The hotel room is very clean with a good breakfast. The surrounding mountain is beautiful. You can walk or run and experience the beautiful surroundings. "Services were not good at all."

"Main downside was no tea/coffee in the room - everything has to be paid for separately eg at the bar. Good breakfast was included for us. Bikes can be used for free which was nice. Air con not great, more like a fan, but we opened a window and in late May this was fine. Pleasant staff other than one officioius type in the restaurant."
