It was in a great location close to everything including the Santa Justa lift, Rossio square and Station and you can catch the important trams routes to Belem and the castle in less than a 5 min walk. Rooms were spacious and had enough storage for cases and clothes. Beds were comfy. Bathrooms were clean and modern. Great views from the room. Customer service here was super helpful...
