"This hotel was not at all kid friendly. We sat in the lobby to eat dinner with our group that included children. They sat nicely and played board games, but the staff did not like for a larger group with children to be present. Breakfast was not good. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. "

"Issues were sent in by email to manager. We shall see if they take concern in them. TV remote didn't work, Mold/ice in freezer, No bath products in jugs on wall. Hopefully they get someone in there that cares about the rooms."

"First off there are signs everywhere stating that you will be charged a $250 cleaning fee if your room smells like smoke. The whole hotel smells like stale smoke. Especially in the rooms. We literally were watched and listened too. Had our lock on the keyed door changed while we were out at a funeral. Came back to a lock that our key no longer fit in. And neither did the master key. The attendant had to call the owner which told him where to find a key to get us into our room. We were pissed. They refunded our money and we left. Luckily we were able to go down the road to a way better hotel! Stay at the Mio Motel!! It's way better. Cleaner, friendlier, and they beds are super comfy. "

"The spa has not been updated in more than 30 years.was the last time we visited there. Looks like mold on the ceilings and pool areas need major updates. Rooms were pretty clean"

"Room had left over trashing it, there was no running water to the bathroom sink, the tub was chipping paint everywhere, no smoke detector. That hallways were literally falling apart, dripping water, paint falling, doors with holes in them. Would NEVER stay here or recommend it again. Stayed in way better for less money. Absolutely disgusting. "
