The bedroom was okay.TV was programmed for 80s channels if not 90s . It was snowing and there were no door mats outside or inside the room to clean/wipe off your shoes to get inside the room.The bathroom had gutter smell.I asked for heater but I was told the person didn't know couldn't help much. I felt sad but I guess that's how it is? Overall good place to stay if you Wana stay in downtown.

The hotel was overall fine. The facilities are a bit outdated, and the air conditioning stayed on at a very low temperature until late at night, which was uncomfortable. However, the staff were very kind and attentive. The location is great—centrally located and within walking distance to many attractions.

The Location with a parking included is definitely what we are looking for at the downtown location. It is walking distance to Jazz Festival. We had wonderful time enjoying the free concert. Worry free whole day. The property is old. The renovation is reasonable.
