"When I arrived, there were visible stains on the floor and a large, unpleasant stain on the wall that appeared to be urine. It created an unhygienic and uncomfortable environment, which was really disappointing. I also noticed that the grass along the side of the driveway was poorly maintained. It looked overgrown and untidy, which affected the overall appearance of the property. Regular mowing and upkeep would make a big difference. I’m requesting that these issues be addressed promptly to ensure the space meets basic cleanliness and presentation standards."
