"Room smelled very moldy. Little bugs noticed on countertop."

"We have stayed here many times. Usually the breakfast is a draw. But it was lacking this time. The butter was replaced by a spread. The staff did not have the breakfast properly prepared. It was not what we had grown accustomed to."

"This property is located to everything food, shopping and beach. The property has a secluded beach area and security gate out front. The Condo itself was beautiful, clean and well maintained. The only thing I would suggest for the owners is to get better pots and pans for people who want to cook for themselves and not eat out, the ones onsite are old and everything we cooked stuck in the pans and were a little bit of a mess. It would have been nice to have extra toilet paper and paper towels on...

"Ice maker inop. TV inop (actually, the TV was fine, but there were no stations). Couldn't receive WiFi in the room (though we could receive the WiFi from the Holiday Inn nearby). Broken toilet paper holder. Nowhere to hang a towel—I mean nowhere: no bar, no hook, anywhere in the bathroom or room. Ended up draping it over the TV, which was otherwise useless. On the other hand, the staff was super nice, and the courtyard was a nice place to hang out and have a drink when we arrived around...

"The property looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or vacuumed in years. The first room I went into was filthy - the towels in the bathroom had black foot all over them. It looks like they were used and hung back up. It was not clean. It was absolutely disgusting. So the staff gave me another room that had mold in the bathroom and literally a work boot footprint on the sheets. Gross. The front desk person was very helpful though - I will say that."

"Desk staff was nice, efficient. A housekeeper had just cleaned it, was friendly and offered help if we needed anything. It was too late when we realized we only had one towel for two adults (oh, and the empty shampoo and conditioner bottles were still in the shower). "Reserved 2 rooms. They were clean but in my son in law and daughter's room they didn't have a shower curtain and when he went to call the desk there was no connections on the phone. Just picked up the base and took it back to the desk. Felt property was run down."
