"The stay was amazing the only part of my head was turning on a TV trying to watch the NBA final and didn't have ESPN that goes to the game live nor any other channel if they can update that that will be okay because some people who come on vacation just want to relax in that room and watch TV especially when it's football season and basketball season in the NCAA tournament but again other than that it was great!!"

"We enjoyed our stay! The property was clean (parking lot is a little rough but there is plenty of parking) and so was our room. The staff we interacted with was very polite and helpful. The continental breakfast was about what you’d expect from a hotel chain, nothing terribly special but it was fresh and the eating area was kept clean. 14 years ago we honeymooned at this hotel and were back for the weekend. It was nice to see a glimpse of the renovations happening and I’m sure once they’re done they will be lovely!"

"We stayed in 1 of the mini houses and it was enough room for a family of 5. We loved how close we were to the hotel pools and water parks, enjoyed swimming at all the different places, and really liked going to the Timbaviti Wildlife Park with our free passes. The only issue we had was that they offered to replace our TV, it took over 3 hours and never worked for the rest of the weekend. Our fireplace never worked and when we ran out of toilet paper the replacement they gave us didn’t even fit on the TP holder. Overall it was a great stay, only minor issues."
