"The character of the castle is excellent. Christian toured me around the proper and is a superb concierge. The room itself is lacking. It smells strongly of mildew. Carpeting is worn. Amenities like coffee and cookies need an update. The food at dinner was overly salted and the service declined during the dinner - strong start and a weak finish."

"Such fantastic staff , Recption staff were so accommodating. Great variety in restaurants and prices within. A restaurant for every budget. The lounge upstairs was perfect for lunch . The facilities are excellent, pool , hot tub and saunas and steam room. The grounds are lovely for an evening stroll after dinner . Yes I will be back again ."
