"I did not like that the breakfast time was not advertised . I came down at 10.30 am and found that breakfast has ended . There was a coffeemaker in the room but no water in the fridge . Some one in my room needed to take meds but was told by front desk staff to either buy from the vending machine or use the tap. I also felt that price (499 a night ) was too high for a 2 star rated hotel"

Though it was a busy weekend, the breakfast area, the sitting area, and the complimentary water station wasn't kept clean. The cleaning staff has to pay attention to the floors, throw the outside trash out, and throw the cups left on the water table after other guest left them. It's the small details that add up.
