"Clean room , nice staff. Have stayed here quite often while visiting pigeon forge. Not quite the same quality as when the original owners had it but still good for the price. "

"For the hour we were there it was horrible. Rude front desk person because of complaining about the cleanliness and condition of the room. We took pictures of dead bugs, torn sheets and two obvious damages to the bathroom (wall and sink) which we showed them to the gentleman. Upon trying to get a new room the gentleman stated that all there rooms were the same and if we didn’t like the first room then we wouldn’t like any of the others. Again the worst hotel we’ve experienced in our over 40 years of traveling."

"The room we stayed in looked nothing like the pictures on the website. I was very disappointed with the room's bathroom. The standup shower was very old and slippery. I had to wear flipflops as not to slip. The room smelled horrible. I went to CVS and bought a plug in air freshener to stay in it. Thr TV would not work the entire stay. We even got a new remote and called the front desk for directions. It would not connect. We used my laptop to watch TV. The side door we used to get ti our car was never locked. Anyone could walk in or out. Saftey was a concern. We will not stay there again. "

"The indoor pool area needs a good cleaning and the hot tub was barely even warm. The room/suite was spacious, but all items in our room were very worn. The bed was comfortable, tho! Breakfast was good- typical items including waffles, eggs, bacon etc. "
