The hotel has a unique smell when you walk in the door to check in and your room. Staff was friendly and gave us a cookie at check in. The room was clean and close to restaurant and shopping.

The hotel is definitely not worth what I paid for it, especially in a small town like Greeneville. I was there for just one night for a funeral, so I didn’t need much, but I was still disappointed. The walls are paper thin, and I could hear the nocturnal activities of the guests next to me quite easily. I’m just glad I didn’t have my kids with me. The breakfast was one of the worst I’ve had at any hotel. The location was good and the facilities were overall clean, but definitely in need of some updates. I did not use the pool, but it looked pretty sketchy. I will not be staying here again.
