"They dont have any trolleys to get your luggage to the rooms. Some workers dont seem to speak English and communicate."

"Look, I booked the room because I wanted a cheap room for the night and I'm a guy who doesn't care that much about where I stay -- just need a place to sleep. I would NEVER take my family here. It's very beat up, the door on the sliding glass to the balcony didn't fully close or lock, the bed was pretty lumpy and not particularly comfortable, but the fridge/freezer worked, there was hot water in the shower, there were no critters in the room, it was clean for what it was. The WIFI did NOT work (or the bandwidth was exceeded and I couldn't use it). The air conditioning was fine -- comfortable. But just understand that the main thing here is a cheap place for the night."

"The floor in front of the bathroom was so damp with water. It looks like there was a leak or something. I went to talk to the staff but they were not there at night. Also the AC was so laud and I could not sleep until 4 am. I tried to turn it off but it wouldn't turn off as it is not synced with the thermometer."

"All in all it was a nice hotel. However, 10 minutes before we checked in the the hotel lost power and the generator didn't kick on but the staff waived the parking fee for us so that was helpful. My only complaint is that the following day when my toddler was looking forward to going in the pool at 830 am we were told that we couldn't because they needed to clean it and that it wouldn't be ready for 2-3 hours because of the chemicals. Probably wouldn't have mattered too much during the week but on the weekend at a kid friendly hotel maybe clean it sooner so it would be ready for the kids and their families to enjoy."
