"This hotel was further from Cochem than we hoped for. I booked two rooms for one night at least four months in advance requesting large windows that open. We got one room with a very tiny window only, and one room with a medium size window. The staff was very nice and apologized for not meeting my request saying "they didn't know how this happened". "Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wirklich top! In unserem Zimmer klebten aber ein paar plattgedrückte Fliegen an der Wand, nebst Popel. Die Möbel waren sehr sehr in die Jahre gekommen und es blätterte etwas von den Möbeln ab. Der Teppich war auch fragwürdig. Die Bettwäsche war sauber und das Bad war auch grundsätzlich sauber gereinigt. Es roch leider sehr nach Abfluss."
